Return Policy

• Brew Boxes & Beer: Due to the perishable nature of these products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Merchandise (Caps, Bottles, Bags, Glasses): Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Refund Policy

• Brew Boxes & Beer: If your product is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will issue a refund or replacement. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Merchandise: If your product is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Alternatively please bring your product into Riverside Market Level 1/96 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch, 8011 for inspection. Upon verification, we will issue a refund or replacement. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gm@kaiserbrewgarden.nz and send your item to: Riverside Market Level 1/96 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch, 8011.

Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Alternatively please bring your product into Riverside Market Level 1/96 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch, 8011 for inspection.
